Jack Leroy Stadler
Dec. 5, 1938 - April 14, 2013
Jack Leroy Stadler passed away quietly in his home after a long struggle with his health. He was 74 years old. He was born Dec. 5, 1938 to parents Raymond and Helen Stadler in St. Louis, Mo. He had four sisters and five brothers. He graduated from McKinley High School where he played the tuba in the marching band and played football.
After high school he worked for McDonald Aircraft as a tool and die maker; then at Omar Machine Shop where he was the foreman. He married Beverly and they had three daughters.
Jack was in the Army for six months and then the reserves for a few years; he was a cook, a good one, and loved it.
He moved to Lake Havasu City around 1975-76 and went into business with his brother, Don Stadler and friend Don Reece at Farmer Don's Insurance. He loved working there and many of the customers.
In 1979 he married LaWayne Stadler and they had three children; LaWayne had three children from a former marriage.
Jack enjoyed life; he did a lot of fishing and hunting, enjoyed motorcycles, archery and camping.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by his wife, LaWayne; two sons, Sean and Paul; six daughters, Jodi, Christie, Robyn, Shelley, Amanda, Ashley; four brothers, Charles, Don, Richard and Wayne; seventeen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. One daughter, Tari from his first marriage pre-deceased him.
His funeral will be April 19, 1 p.m. at LDS Chapel 504 N. Acoma.
