Rocky Lynn Scoggins, 59, of Golden Valley passed away on February 11, 2016. He was born on January 2, 1957 to Johnnie and Leta Scoggins, in Riverside California.
Rocky was protective of his family and a loving brother, uncle and always made sure when he was home, that his family was his priority.
He is survived by his Sister Debra Dyer (Terry) and Brenda Rogers (Larry); Brother Billy Smith (Judy); Daughter Stormy Cook; Son Rocky Scoggins Jr.; Grandson; 10 Nieces/Nephews and 23 Great Nieces/Nephews.
