Obituary of Tom W Holbrooks

On January 12, 2015, Thomas "Tom " Holbrooks passed away with his family by his side. Tom was born October 25, 1941 in Whittier, California to Paul and Helen Holbrooks. Soon enough he married the love of his life Gloria spent 51 memorable years together. Their son Robert was bron in 1970 and those two were the best of friends. They moved to Kingman 38 years ago. Tom worked and retired from Citizens Utilities and also held a Real Estate License. Tom was such a giver from volunteering with boy scouts to coaching Little League. He wore many hats during his time with all of us from building racecars to finishing to teaching his grandsons how to plant a garden. Tom served in the Navy as a cook and continued after leaving the service teaching others how to cook. Until his health began to fail, Tom was a proud member of the Elks and was always known for being there to help anyone. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Helen Holbrooks. He is survived by his wife Gloria, his son Robert, and his grandsons Thomas and Robbie. As per Tom's request , no services will be held.
