Cecile, Troy & Ty: I was deeply saddened to hear of Jim's passing last week. He & I worked together a lot during his last three - four years on the job up here. He had a great sense of humor & was one of the most intelligent people I have ever known. He was a true original & sadly there will never be another quite like him.
