I wish to extend my condolences to the family. My son Rick Nott and Jay were best of friends growing up in Devore. They shared lots of fun times, always involved in scouting, Little League, etc. Lots of fond memories of these two boys enjoying their childhood days...

I grew up with Jay in Devore, as kids we use to ride ponies through the wash to Randy's house. Mom & Buzz (MOMS STORE) use to give us candy: Jay's favorite was a snickers bar. Building forts in the canyon at Ricky Lamberts, Cub-scouts, kimbark, baseball, football, shandinhills, Cajon, he was a good friend Our Prayers to Mike, Amy, and the family Jay you will be missed R.IP

I will always remember Jay's laugh :-) He had a way of making you smile. As a little girl, I remember Jay & my brother Rick Lambert being together, like brothers. They had a special bond. I remember one time, I was a sleep & Rick climb in the bed below me (my dad built us bunk beds, 3 beds high), & Jay called very earliy in the morning & told Rick he recked his car. Rick said very little & went back to sleep. I thought it was pretty funny how Rick responded to Jay. Jay was like a brother to our family. He will always be special to us. Our prayers & thoughts are with you all during this time. May God Bless you with wonderful memories of Jay. And may he shine through you in your lives!
