Obituary of Anne Dorothy Koch
Please share a memory of Anne to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Anne Dorothy Koch, 70, died peacefully on February 16, 2016 after valiantly battling cancer for six years.
She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Skip, her three children: Kristi, Greg, Wendy, and seven grandchildren, who she adored.
Anne was originally from Seattle but spent the last 18 years as a winter resident of Lake Havasu. She spent her summers on the shores of the Columbia River in central Washington with friends and family, where she enjoyed boating, waterskiing, pool time, and riding wave runners. Very artistic and talented, she enjoyed creating cards and doing arts and crafts.
She loved traveling with her husband and often went to Hawaii, where she would snorkel and scout for turtles. Her love of outdoor activities included hiking, biking, and beachcombing.
Her relaxing time involved doing Sudoku puzzles, playing blackjack, cards, and games. She touched many people through her happiness and always smiling face.
In lieu of flowers, you can make a donation to Hospice of Havasu.
Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Thoughts and condolences may be sent to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
