Obituary of Gladys Elyne Goodwin

Gladys Elyne Goodwin passed away at 87 years of age on April 4, 2015 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born to Mary Elizabeth and Wellington Edgar Goodwin at Kindersley Union Hospital in Saskatchewan, Canada on March 30, 1928. Gladys graduated from Nursing School in Calgary, Canada and retired as a nurse in San Francisco, California where she lived before moving to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She enjoyed traveling extensively in Europe and she was an avid reader.
Gladys is survived by her long time friend and companion, Katie O'Neal of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She is preceded in death by parents; sisters, Vera and Beth; and her long time traveling companion, Madge Unsworth.
There will be a memorial gathering on May 10th at the home of Katie. Donations can be made to Hospiece of Havasu or your local animal shelter.
