Born April 5, 2015 in Kingman, AZ departed this life on April 5, 2015. She is survived by both parents, Stephen and Catherine Whipp, as well as her siblings, Zoran, Payton, Taylor, and Jaxon. Her funeral will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home at 10:30a.m. on April 11, 2015. At her family's request, only immediate family will be allowed to attend. She will be buried at Mountain View Cemetery in Kingman, AZ. Riley will always be missed and never forgotten. You will always be in our hearts, Riley. Rest now baby girl. We love you.
