Harry Abram Hiebert April 6, 1930 - May 21, 2014 Early morning, May 21st,Harry Hiebertpeacefully entered the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He passed away at home with family members by his side. Harry was born on April 6, 1930 in Linden, Alberta,the son of Cornelius and Elisabeth Hiebert. He came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ at a middle school Bible Camp. Harry graduated from high school in Winnipeg, Manitoba and attended college at Prairie Bible Institute, Three Hills, Alberta. It was there he met the love of his life, Mary Benson, and they were married in Hannaford, North Dakota in 1954. After Bible School, Harry worked in Christian radio in Seattle, Washington and Missoula, Montana. His family was raised in Great Falls, Montana where Harry did electrical work and ran a print shop for many years. They moved to Monrovia, California in 1979. In 1993 Harry and Mary retired and moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. They joined Bethany Bible Church where Harry served on the Church Board and taught Adult Sunday School classes. Harry and Mary helped start several churches in Montana and California. Harry enjoyed music; one of his favorite hymnsreflects his life's testimony: "Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe, sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow." Harry is survived by his wife, Mary;his daughter Pamela (Tom) Bozeman; his sons Randy (Kathy), Jim (Sheryl), and Gregg (Marina); and his grandchildren Victor, Jared, Sam, Lauren, Wesley, Michelle, Justine, Kyle, Ryan, Joel, and Nathan. A Memorial Service will be held at Bethany Bible Church,1200 Park Terrace Avenue, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, on Sunday, May 25th at 2:00 pm. Viewing to follow at the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
