Henry K. Nowak of Lake Havasu City passed away on May 8, 2013. He was born on December 24, 1925 in Poland to Michael and Agnes (Puebanek) Nowak.
Henry was a survivor of the German concentration camps Gross-Rosen, Buchenwald. He was a graduate of Wayne U. Detroit with a bachelor degree in engineering and of the Chrysler Institute of engineering with a master degree. He was a retired project engineer after 32 years with the Thiokol Corporation (ATK), Brigham C. Utah. Henry and his wife Jeanette chose Lake Havasu City as their home in 2002.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Jeanette (Feldmann) and their 5 sons, Michael, Gary, Steve, Kent and Kirk and seven grandsons and their families.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and location to be determined.
