Words seem inadequate when expressing the sadness I feel about Rick's death. Someone once said, "the measure of a man is not "how did he die" but "how did he live" not "what did he gain" but "what did he give"…these are the units to measure the worth of a man." If you were to measure Rick's life…Rick was a devoted father and friend; he cherished his family (children, grandkids, brother and sisters) more than then words could ever describe. Rick was a patient and forgiving man, far beyond my understanding. He was full of life, always willing to help others, and an amazing friend. I lost a great friend but gained an angel! My heart goes out to Rick's family, may the memory of his unconditional love bring you peace and comfort. Respectfully, Nancy

My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. My fondest memories of Richard was when the California cousins would come to town to visit and what fun we all had. I have enjoyed reconnecting with Rich over the past few years. We are all saddened with the news of his passing.
