Wilson Hugh Ratliff 75, passed away on June 28th, 2002 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born on March 13th, 1927 in Foreman, Arkansas to Robert Ratcliff and Dovie "Jones" Ratliff. He is a self employed painter in San Diego, California for 30 years and moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona 1 year ago from there. Wilson is survived by his wife of 58 years Mary Ellen "Cue" Ratliff of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, sons Jerry Ratliff of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Steven Ratliff of San Diego, California, Kevin Ratliff of San Diego, California, brother Robert J. Ratliff of San Diego, California, 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. No services are planned. Arrangements were made by the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
