William "Bill" Elvin Raymard, passed away peacefully at his home on July 21, 2002. Bill was born in Jackson, Missouri January 25, 1936 to Truman Raynard and Evangelin Chase. Bill was an only child. He served in the Korean War with honors. He was a man of all trades including a truck driver, a mechanic, a carpenter, a construction worker, a father, a friend and did volunteer work for the community. He loved animals, fishing, the outdoors, motorcycles, keeping busy with many hobbies, dining out and enjoyed home life. Bill was a hard working, very generous, kind hearted man. He will be sadly missed by all that shared his life including his daughter Windy Day Runnels; grandchildren Kevin C. Kurtz and Jennifer C. Kurtz; great grandchild William B. Raynard II and fiance Julie Wagner. "You have inspired all of our lives, Bill and will be dearly missed. Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 27, 2002, 10:00 am at Lietz-Fraze Chapel with family and friends officiating. Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
