James Francis Evans, 90, passed away February 18, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Ephrain and Ruth (Kiplinger) Evans on October 18, 1914 in Kansas City, MO.Prior moving to Lake Havasu 32 years ago James was a self-employed mechanic in Sun Valley, CA form 1948 to 1972. He was also a policeman in Kansas City in the 1940's.James is survived by his loving family, Zona Englert of Lake Havasu, Harriett Ruth High of Lake Havasu and Sharon Starry of Alaska; 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations go in his name to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
