Obituary of Frances BENNETT

Frances Jane Rowe Bennett died September 13, 2002 at Lake Hills Nursing Home. She was 77. Frances was born March 4, 1925 in Dodgeville, Wisconsin and moved to Lake Havasu City on June 16, 1972.Frances was an active member of Western Welcome for many years along with many years of active service with the Community Concert Series, Friends of the Library and served as past president of the Lake Havasu City Historical Society. Frances also spent several years as an election official in Lake Havasu City.Frances is preceded in by her husband of 48 years, Donald Arthur Bennett Sr. (8/21/1916 - 12/28/1998). She is survived by brother William Rowe and Wife Ginny of Old Tappan, New Jersey, brother Ralph Rowe and wife Irene of Stoughton, Wisconsin; daughter Cathy Carlile and her husband Lyle and son Briar of Meridian, Idaho; son Don Jr. of Chandler, Arizona and son and daughter-in-law Bill and Judi Bennett of Lake Havasu City and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed.Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
