Doreen Mary Malone 94, passed away on November 14th, 2002 at Prestige Assisted Living @ Smoketree in Lake Havasu City, Az. She was born on November 18th, 1907 in Tracy, MN. to Fredrick and Elizabeth (Parsons) Humphrey.Doreen moved to Lake Havasu City, Az; 30 years ago from Eugene, Oregon. She worked as a secretary for Jack Malone Insurance in Eugene, Oregon for 10 years.She was a Church Choir Director for Community Presbyterian Church and also a church in Eugene, OR. She was a great golfer, loved to play bridge and loved to paint.Doreen is survived by her loving husband of 71 years Jack Malone of Lake Havasu City, AZ; and sister Mona Carter of Santa Maria, CA.A Memorial Service will be held at Community Presbyterian Church on Sunday November 17th, 2002 at 3:00 P.M.In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, Az. 86405.Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
