Daniel Lee Hurt 57, passed away in Lake Havasu City, AZ. on November 15th, 2002. He was born on May 5th, 1945 in Anstead, West Virginia. Daniel moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ., 8 years ago from Downey, CA. He worked as an electrician for I.B.E.W. Local #11 in Los Angeles, CA. for 27 years. He was an avid member of N.R.A. and a 35 year member of the I.B.E.W. Local #11 in Los Angeles, CA. Daniel proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the 182nd, Airborne.He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Pat Hurt of Lake Havasu City, AZ; son Leon Hurt of Bullhead City, AZ; daughter Lisa Christian of Lake Havasu City, AZ; brother Eddie Hurt of South Gate, CA; sisters Irene Smith of Mission Viejo, CA; Sue Frost of Las Vegas, NV; and grandchildren Krislyn, Chad and Chloe Christian.A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2002, 4:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel with Pastor Lan Blair officiating.Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
