Bryce was born March 5, 1993. An amazing little boy with crystal blue eyes, he spent his short life teaching people how to love unconditionally. A child with a body that was considered imperfect, he had a perfect heart with a capacity to love beyond what can be measured. All who knew him felt the peace that surrounded him. He leaves behind, family, friends, teachers, therapists, nurses and physicians who will remain forever changed because Bryce came into their lives.Bryce loved every moment he was alive, living each moment to it's absolute fullest. Bryce's life was blessed by many wonderful people. He had many doctors who cared for him medically, loved and advocated for him especially Dr. Robert Haws and Dr. Gregory and Cynthia Legris. He was loved by Linda Skinner, his nurse who cared for him as though he were her own. He had honorary grandma's, Carolee Martin, Joan Gilbank and Patricia Peterson who loved and prayed for him, helping his family through the good and bad times. He had many special therapists and teachers who saw Bryce's potential and helped him to achieve it. Bryce also had a very special friend, Mark Segarra whom he loved from their very first moment together.He is survived by his parents, Mark and Julie Decker, his brothers, Tigh Decker and Fabian Decker, his sisters, Aria Decker, Carissa Decker, Natasha Decker, Jasmine Decker, Amberlyn Hart and Brianna Decker, his grandparents, Delores and D. Bruce Layzell and Eleanor Decker all of Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was preceded in by his grandfather Donald Decker.Bryce left this world November 18, 2002, his brief light here has become an eternal illumination of hope, direction and love.A visitation will be held Friday, November 22, 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 23, 3:00 PM at the First Southern Baptist Church with Rev. James Maynard officiating. The interment will follow the services at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
