Julia V. Mathiesen 42, passed away in Lake Havasu City, Az. on November 30th, 2002. She was born August 22nd, 1960 in Lynwood, CA. Julia moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ., 16 years ago from Lompoc, CA. She worked as a cook/chef in Lake Havasu City,Az. for 16 years and was presently employed at Antonio's restaurant. She was better known as Jules. Sheenjoyed cooking and was a chef by trade. Her big heart was shared at parties when she dressed as a clown. She stood by her friends in difficult situations and was a charater. She was gifted especially in her use of a certain expletive. Her love of pigs was well known and she had quite a collection. She is survived by parents Arnold L. & Jenny Lee (Williams) Guynn, brothers Jim Guynn and wife Callie, Michael Guynn and wife Anne, Jeffery Guynn and wife Anne, sisters Cyndee Guynn, Dana Hallum and husband John, Lisa Gherlone and husband Drew. She is also survived by Manzell "Manny" Harden and by an over whelming group of friends in Lake Havasu City and will be missed. A memorial gaterhing will be held at the Pour House on Sunday, December 8th, at 2:00 PMArrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
