Eugene T. Slater, 74, passed away February 18, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Thomas & Bertha (Lang) Slater on July 26, 1928 in Butler, Pennsylvania.Eugene has been a resident of Lake Havasu 13 years ago, moving to Arizona 20 years ago from Trenton, Michigan. He worked as an accountant for McLouth Steel in Detroit, Michigan for 28 years.Mr. Slater was a proud veteran in the US Navy during WWII.Eugene is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Slater of Lake Havasu; son, Eugene T. Slater of Stow, Ohio; father, Thomas Slater of Holiday, Florida and three grandchildren, Sean, Dan & Ryan Slater.The family respectfully request donations to go to Hospice of Havasu.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
