She was born on February 20th 1921 in Seattle, WA; to Daniel Leroy and Hazle (Higgins) Allen.Janet is a winter visitor in Lake Havasu City, AZ; and resides in Friday Harbor, WA. She proudly served in the U.S. Navy WWII.She is survived by her husband Leroy C. Stephens of Friday Harbor, WA; sons Si Alan Stephens and Doug Stephens and daughter Joy Hale.Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
