Paul Morgan Foley was born January 20, 1936 in Boston, Massachusetts to Thomas and Catherine Foley. He passed away on April 2, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona.Paul and Barbara Ann Hanson of Gorham, Maine, married on August 2, 1958. He served his country for twenty years, completing a tour in Vietnam in the US Army and retired as a Master Sergeant. Paul acted as a veteran's counselor for the Veteran's Administration in Los Angeles, California from 1974 to 1979. In 1979 he acted as an Assistant Director for President Ronald Reagan's political action committee. He retired in 1991 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.Paul attended Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church. He was an active member of the Elk's Lodge, VFW and Eagles of Lake Havasu.Paul is survived by his loving wife, Barbara; son, Tom; daughter, Kelly; mother, Catherine of Portland, Maine; one brother, Robert of Virginia Beach, Virginia; one sister, Jean Landry of Portland, Maine and six grandchildren, Casey, Jennifer, Diana, Tyler, Amber and Hayley.There will be a memorial service at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, April 12th.In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to your local hospice.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
