"RICH" was born on October 18, 1942 in Glendale, CA to Dorothy (Miller) and Vernon Marcellas Moen.
Rich joined the Army in 1960 and was honorably discharged in 1963 after serving his entire duty time in Germany. He was an Entrepreneur, including owning his own truck driving business, and farming and Iowa from 1975-1985. Besides family, farming was the love of his life.
Rich moved to Lake Havasu City in 1996. In 2000, he met Jerilyn (Jeri) and they married two years later. As a person and a husband, he was the best. He was a very interesting, knowledgeable and deep man who had much to offer in life.
Another remarkable characteristic was his sensitivity to others, expressed by his emotional reactions to a happy or sad movie. Every day his ritual was to take his dog, Murray, to the park while both visited with friends.
