Miriam F. Gerlach 80, passed away on Tuesday, April 29th, 2003 at Desert Haven Nursing Home in Phoenix, Az. She was born March 30th, 1923 in Columbus, Ohio.Miriam has been a Lake Havasu City, Az; resident since 1971. She was also a volunteer for Hospice of Havasu.She is survived by her sons Phillip M. Gerlach and wife Avis of Lake Havasu City, AZ., and Mark W. Gerlach of Reno, NV; daughters Marlene F. Day and husband John of Florida, and Diane M. Gerlach of Phoenix, AZ; sister Ruth Greenwalt of Ohio and 1 grandchild.Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
