Hazel L. Swanson 78, passed away on May 7th, 2003 at her residence in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on July 15th, 1924 in Cainsville, Missouri.She moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 18 years ago from Hawthorne, CA. She worked as a factory worker for Whitacher in St.Joe, MO; for 25 years.She is survived by husband, Stuart E. Phillips of Lake Havasu City, Az; sister, Barbara Ann Basey of Texas, nieces,Debbie Fuller and husband Elton of St. Joseph, Missouri, Scherrie McCarthy and husband, Brian of Placentia, Calif., Norma Beck and husband Kenny of Dallas, Tex., Holly Basey of Dallas, Tex., Patty Fawcett and husband David of Dallas, Tex., Theresa Coburn and husband Larry of Westminister, Calif.; nephews, Leonard James Basey and wife Tracy of Dallas, Tx; Kenny Oder of Dallas, Tex., and Travis Basey of Placentia, Calif.Funeral services will take place Sunday, May 11, 3:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze Chapel with Pastor Tom Dunham officiating.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
