Obituary of Jean HERMAN

Jean Isabell Herman, 98, passed away May 9, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born to Phillip & Annie (McCulloch) Sabin on June 26, 1904 in Irving, Kansas.Jean made Lake Havasu her home 10 years ago, moving here from Pasadena, California. She was a member of the Eastern Star for many many years and also a member of the Pasadena Presbyterian Church. Jean will be remembered with love for her joy of cooking (especially her pies), her crotcheting and sewing. She enjoyed gardening and lived on her own until she turned 90. She is now resting and cooking for the Angels.Jean is survived by her loving son, Donald Herman and his wife, Anita of Lake Havasu; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.She is preceded in by her husband, Elmer and two sons, William and Roger.Graveside services will be held Friday, May 16, 10:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills, Calif.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
