Edwin Ray Hunter, 95, passed away May 11, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Samuel & Marie (Brown) Hunter on September 16, 1907 in Springfield, Missouri.Edwin made Lake Havasu his home 10 years ago, moving here from West Covina, Calif. He worked for California Gasket & Washer Co. in Los Angeles for 40 years.He is survived by his loving wife, Madie Hunter; sons, John Samuel Hunter, Edwin Ray Hunter Jr. and Phillip Hugh Hunter; sister, Peggy Eggiman of Los Angeles; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.Services and interment will take place at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, California.The family ask that donations go to Hospice of Havasu.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
