Obituary of Willard REYNOLDS

Willard Dave Reynolds, 89, passed away May 28, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Howard & Jane Perkins on November 3, 1913 in Provo, Utah.Willard made Lake Havasu his home 11 years ago, moving here from Anchorage, Alaska where he owned a resort lodge for many years.Mr. Reynolds is survived by his brother, Ben Perkins and his wife Mary of Long Beach, California and two nieces, Patti Avad and her husband Manuel of San Francisco, California and Carol Perkins of Long Beach, California.Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 5, 9:00 am at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Chaplain Katherine Kenney will officiate and the Elks Lodge #2399 will hold a Elks Lodge of Sorrow. Interment will follow the services at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
