Peter J. Burgess,57,passed away on June 12th, 2003 at his residence in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on December 6th, 1945 in Lowell, Massachusetts to Arthur and Maude (Hanson) Burgess.Peter moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ. 23 years ago from New Hampshire. He was the manager for Texwood Ind. in Lake Havasu City, Az. for 10 years. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge B.P.O.E #2399.He is survived by his 3 daughters, Stacie Pierce of Las Vegas, NV; Shelley Renfro of Millersville, TN; Shannon Skahl of Goodlettsville, TN; and 8 grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Meagan, Mallory, Summer, Nathan, Maycee and Skye.Peter was preceded in by his wife of 37 years Sharon Burgess.Family request donations be made in his name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, Az; or Cancer Association of Havasu, 2126 McCulloch Blvd #7, Lake Havasu City, Az. 86403.Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
