Evelyn Ann Bays, 56, passed away July 6, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born to Nelson and Evelyn (Watson) Thomas on March 13, 1947 in Long Beach, California.Evelyn made Lake Havasu her home 19 years ago, moving here from Lakewood, California. She owned her own salon here in Lake Havasu for many years.Evelyn was a member of the Lakeview Community Church.She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, James E. Bays; two daughters, Diane Smith and Darlene Bays and four grandchildren.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
