Obituary of Roy BOYCE

Roy C. Boyce Jr. 76, passed away at his home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on July 14th, 2003. He was born on August 19th, 1926 in Waterbury, Vermont to Roy C. Boyce Sr. and Margaret A. "Bushway" Boyce.Roy worked as an electrical contractor for 50 years at IBEW-Crockett Electric in Concord, California. He is a proud veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict in the US Navy. He moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona 15 years ago from Benicia, California. He is a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for 56 years, V.F.W., the American Legion, 1st Worthy President for the Eagles Aerie #4299, and Elks for 32 years.Roy is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Alice "Morin" Boyce of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, son Daryl J. Boyce of the Delta Area, California, four grandsons Thomas and Dustin Vargas and Jason and Ryan Boyce. He is preceded in by his parents Roy C. Boyce Sr. and Margaret Boyce and daughter Margaret Ann Heilesen.A memorial service will be held on Sunday August 3rd, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Eagles Aerie #4299, 1561 Marlboro Dr. Lake Havasu City, Arizona.In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Hospice of Havasu, P O Box 597, Lake Havasu City, Arizona 86405-0597 or Eagles Aerie #4299, 1561 Marlboro Dr., Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86403.Arrangements were entrusted to the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
