Sammy Gene Margro 83, passed away in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on August 28th, 2003. He was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on November 15th, 1919 to Sam J. Margro and Gene "Moss" Margro.Sammy worked in sales for Fort Worth Steel and Machine Co. in Fort Worth, Texas for 26 years. He is a resident of Lake Havasu City, Arizona having moved here from Hacienda Heights, California 22 years ago. He is a proud veteran of World War II in the United States Army Air Corps. as a 1st Lt.Sammy is survived by his loving wife Janet "Wilson" Margro of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He is preceded in by his parents Sam J. Margro, Gene "Moss" Margro and sister Blanche Margro.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
