Obituary of Bobby BURDINE

Bobby Lon Burdine 70, passed away on September 10, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born on August 11, 1933 in Franklin, Indiana to Alonzo and Lena (Spurgeon) Burdine.Bobby moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona 8 years ago from Indianapolis, Indiana. He worked for the city of Lake Havasu in the street department for 3 years after retiring from the Allison Division of GM in Speedway, Indiana. He is a past member of the Elks, a frequent visitor to Laughlin where he enjoyed the video poker, he enjoyed traveling and dancing (where he met his wife in Indianapolis). He married his loving wife on May 4, 1983.Bobby is survived by his wife of 20 years Rose Mary Burdine of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, step son Jay Dee Jackson of Metropolis, Illinois, and brother Alonzo Burdine of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is preceded in by his daughter Toni Burdine, step son James Lee Jackson, and sister Sally Burdine.Family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be given to Hospice of Havasu P.O.
