Nelda S. Maxwell, 65, passed away on September 11th, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Az. She was born to Charles and Autry Wilbanks on October 3rd, 1937 in Paducah, Texas.She is survived by her husband Fred J. Maxwell, 5 children,Jan Arries, Tonya Williams, Linda Howell, Steven Fromberg and Sharron Wagerle, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, 1 brother Bill Wilbanks.Her memorial service will be held at Mumaw Funeral Home in Lancaster, CA; on Saturday, September 20th, 2003 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Dell Brown officiating.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home
