William F. Cramer, 71, passed away December 9, 2003 in Kingman, AZ. He was born to Fredrick & Hazel (Hammond) Cramer on June 21, 1932 in Martinsville, IN.William has been a resident of Arizona for 27 years, moving here from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He was a civil engineer for Army Corps of Engineers in Florida for 7 years. He was also a proud veteran in the US Air Force from 1952 to 1956.He will be dearly missed by beloved wife, Joyce and all of his family and friends.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
