Obituary of Donna ZERN

Donna Marie passed away on Wednesday December 31, 2003 in Kingman, Arizona. She was born on March 2, 1957 to George and Bernice Lam in St. Louis, Missouri. Donna was a long time resident of Kingman, settling here the first time in 1983. From 1992 to 1996 she lived in Albuquerque and Dallas, but her heart was in Kingman. She moved back in 1996 and lived here ever since. She is survived by her loving parents, George and Bernice, who also live in Kingman, her younger sister, Nancy of San Diego, California, her twin brothers, Bill who lives in Mount Vernon, Washington and Toby who resides in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, and her three adoring children, Tamara Broadbent of Kingman, Timothy Poe and Billy Poe of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.Donna was co-owner of Mohave Estate Management Offices (MEMO) located in Kingman. Her passion was helping people and she lived it every day of her life. She spent her time and energy ensuring the welfare of her clients and provided guardianship over their estates. As the oldest of four children, she selflessly provided guidance and support to family members, truly living her faith in God daily.She was a prominent member of the Kingman community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce. President of KAAP and President of the local chapter of the Make a Wish Foundation. She was also a member of the task force of Aiding Elder People, the Emergence Association, the National Guardian Association and the Arizona Fiduciary Association. She attended First Assembly of God Church in Kingman.As a Daughter, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Niece and Friend, Donna will be missed. We celebrate her life, her love and her legacy at First Assembly of God Church, Tuesday January 6, 2004 at 2:00 p.m..In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Donna Marie Memorial Fund at Mission Bank.Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there.
