Obituary of G. NEUBAUER

Genevieve G. Neubauer, 85, passed away on January 15, 2004 at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Az. She was born on March 20, 1918 in Chicago, IL.Genevieve moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 12 years ago from Eureka, CA. She loved cooking and belonged to the cooking club at Stonebridge Christian Fellowship Church in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Genevieve also loved taking the bus to Laughlin and meeting lots of new friends.She is survived by her sons Fred Neubauer of Trabuco Canyon, CA; Chuck Neubauer of Fresno, CA; grandchildren Rusty, Kenneth, Jeff, Jason and great grandchildren Brett, Brianna and Corey and long time friend Bunny. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.God saw you getting tired And a cure was not to be,So he put his arms around you And whispered "Come to me."With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away.Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay.A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands at rest.God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cypress, CA.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
