Jasper Le Roy Mc Afee, 72, passed away on January 19th, 2004 at his residence in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on February 21st, 1931 in Perris, CA.Le Roy moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 4 years ago from Pahrump, NV. He owned Mc Afee Construction in Orange, CA; for 40 years. Le Roy proudly served in the U.S. Navy, Korean War. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Phyllis Ann Mc Afee of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sons Don Roy Mc Afee of Apple Valley, CA; Dennis Le Roy of Norco, CA; Danny Wayne Mc Afee of Idaho; daughters Sharon Lee Rainy of Tillsmook, OR; Debbie Ann Jagger of Milwaulkie, OR; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
