Robert W. Burgard, 56, passed away on March 7, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on March 25, 1947 in Van Nuys, CA. Bob and Candy moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 4 years ago from North Hills, CA. Their company is RWB Appraisals in Lake Havasu City. AZ. As an M.A.I. Bob did commercial and residential real estate appraisals for 21 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years Candy Burgard of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sister Joni Rehder Yessayian of La Quinta, CA; brother-in-law David Ryan of Pleasanton, CA; 8 nieces and nephews in California, Tennessee and Nevada. Robert was preceded in by his parents Jack and Dorothy (Hollandsworth) Burgard and grandparents Art and Naomi Hollandsworth.Visitation will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Thursday, March 11, 2004 from 1 to 1:30 PM. Funeral service will follow at 1:30 PM. A reception will be held at the Burgard's home immediately following the serviceIn lieu of flowers, the family will place a bench, tree and plaque in a local Lake Havasu City Park. Donations for this may be made in the name of Bob Burgard to: Keep Havasu Beautiful Committee, P.O. Box 846, Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86405.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
