Obituary of Nancy Jane Argo

NANCY JANE ARGO Dec. 22, 1941 - July 13, 2015 Nancy Jane Argo "Nannie" to her family and friends left us to join her husband Tom on July 13, 2015, surrounded by her family in Fresno, California. Nannie was born to Thomas M. & Mary Stevens December 22, 1941 in Coffeen, Illinois. She married her High School sweetheart, Tom Argo in 1958 and was married for 33 years. After Tom's passing Nannie moved to Northern California and traveled with Jim & Geri Steffenson as often as she could. Nannie loved her morning cup of tea, crocheting blankets for anyone and everyone, and playing cards or Mahjong on her Ipad. Nannie is survived by her mother, Mary Stevens of Palm Springs, CA; brother, Norm & Fran Stevens of Apple Valley, CA; sister, Nadine & Cliff Deck of Madera, CA; children, Vickie & Jon Biehn of Lake Havasu City, AZ, Jackie Argo of Kingman, AZ, Beckie Argo & Anthony Pentz of Lake Havasu City, AZ, Tommy & DeeDee Argo of San Jose, CA; grandchildren, Amy Griffiths & Josh, Kristen & Mikey Hopster, Danyel & Eric Bridges, Kandin & Andy Campbell, Johnny Candelaria, Jimmy Farias and Joey Ortega, Tucker & Victoria Pentz, Kate & Gabe Montiel, Courtney Pentz, Matthew Pentz; great-grandchildren, Daegen, Kennedi, Cayne, Madison, RyLeigh, Carter & Johnni Rose. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2015 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Realtor Center, 2293 Swanson Ave. The family requests you come prepared to share your favorite memory of Nannie or write a note to go into a book of memories.
