Obituary of Evelyn BRAZELTON

Evelyn Bernadette Brazelton, 94, beloved wife, mother and grandmother left this world March 30, 2004 to join her precious Savior. Bernadette was born in Moundsville, WV on July 27, 1909 to Jake and Sara McHenry the last of eleven children. She and Henry Irvin Brazelton were married in Detroit, MI and had one daughter, Bonnie Lou Sylvester.She was preceded in by her husband and daughter, and all of her brothers and sisters. Throughout her life, she continued to care for others by helping to raise nephews and nieces and her granddaughter, grandson and great granddaughter. Her happy little smiling apple face will be missed her granddaughter and grand son-in-law, Cathy and Ted Kamena of Lake Havasu, AZ; her great granddaughter Robin and great grand son-in-law Randy Harvey and her great great granddaughters Sara Bernadette and Amy Harvey of Centennial, CO and all of the other "adopted" grandchildren, family and friends she loved throughout her lifetime.Gramma's favorite hymn was "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" and that is now where she lives anew.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
