Kathryn Gertrude Brundage, 69, passed away March 31, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Daniel and Gertrude (Ivory) Carey on July 14, 1934 in Middletown, NY, where she lived all of her life until she made Lake Havasu her home 9 years ago.Kathryn is survived by her adoring family, sons, Frances, Richard and Harold Brundage; daughters, Debbie Hernandez and Sophia DeMaine; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.Donations are requested to go in her name to the VA or St. Vincent DePaul.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
