Obituary of Norma TOLBERT

Norma Helen Tolbert, 71, passed away April 10, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Thomas and Minnie (Sittingdown) Stroud on December 27, 1932 in Sallisaw, OK.Norma was an Arizona resident for 52 years before moving to Big River, CA. She was a Sunday School Teacher for many years at the First Baptist Church, in Parker, AZ and also at the First Baptist Church in Big River, CA. She also judged and entered various 4-H projects at the La Paz County Fair for many years.Norma is survived by her best friend and beloved husband of 51 years, Bill; sons, Barry G. Tolbert of Barstow, CA, Eric W. Tolbert of Big River, CA and Terry W. Tolbert of Yuma, AZ; brother Clyde Stroud of Riverdale, CA; sister, Eva Modor of Madera, CA and four grandchildren.A memorial service will be held Friday, April 16, 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 1312 16th St., Parker, AZ. Norma will be dearly missed by all the lives she touched over the years.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
