Richard B. Lamb, a 25 year resident of Lake Havasu City, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2004. He was 65 years old. Richard was born to Charlotte and Reginald Lamb on January 16, 1939 in Syracuse, NY. After high school he served in the U.S. Army for two years. Before moving to Lake Havasu City, Richard worked as a meat cutter in New York State for 30 years. He spent another 10 years in the meat industry in Arizona.Richard's family said he enjoyed playing computer games, watching movies and playing with is beloved dog, Rusty, who preceded him in last month. Richard was an active member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church and the Cursillo community.He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Peggy; son Rick Lamb of CA; daughter Teri Waters of CA; step-daughters Nikki Mogna of CO; Kristina Porter of NM; Cindy Neeley of AZ; sister-in-law Anna Lamb of NY; and three grandchildren. Richard's parents and brothers David and Reggie preceded him in .A memorial service will be held at Mount Olive Lutheran Church 2170 Havasupai Blvd; on Sunday, April 18, 2004 at 5:00 pm with Pastor Mel Soderberg officiating.Memorial may be made to the family to help their medical and funeral expenses.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
