Metamorfi G. Haita, 89, passed away May 3, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to George and Maria (Amanratides) Andriado on May 18, 1914 in Ordu, Turkey.Meta, as she was known to her family and friends, moved to Arizona 42 years ago from Athens, Greece. She has been a resident of Lake Havasu for the past 31 years.Meta is survived by her loving family, son, Euclid Black of Henderson, NV; daughter, Hariklia "Ricky" Kapes of Santa Monica, CA and four grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 44 years, George whom passed away November 5, 1981.Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 8, 2004, 3:00 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn in Phoenix, AZ. Rev. William Smith will officiate.Beyond the worldAs we know it,There is a field of starsWhere we will all meet againAnd never haveTo say "good-bye."Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
