Obituary of Bernadine HALLAHAN

Bernadine Hodges Hallahan, 87, died Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at her home in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Bernadine was born on September 6, 1916 in Salina County, KS. She lived in Kansas City, KS. prior to moving to Glendale, CA; then retiring to Hemet, CA. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Hemet.Bernadine married Leland (Hal) Hallahan on May 9, 1937. He preceded her in death on December 18, 1990. Her survivors include her children Mike Hallahan of Grants Pass, OR; Kathleen Lyon of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Jim Hallahan of Santee, CA; four sisters, Delores Rhodes of Sun City, AZ; Letha Skiles and Phyllis Robinson both of Hamilton, MO; Wanda Paulson of Breckenridge, MO; 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.Services will be held at Miller Jones Mortuary, in Hemet, CA; on Monday May 10, 2004 at 11:30AM. A reception will follow at the mortuary. Burial will be beside her beloved husband at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory, andMiller Jones Mortuary.
