Dolores Josephine Blake, 73, passed away June 9, 2004 in Kingman, Arizona. She was born to Joseph and Kathleen (Lukas) Zolkiewicz on March 26, 1931 in Waukegan, IL.Dolores made Lake Havasu her home 9 years ago, moving from Milford, MA. For 4 years she worked at K-Mart in Lake Havasu. She was a member of the VFW Woman's Auxiliary in W. Covina, CA. Dolores will be dearly missed by her loving family, daughters, Melinda Francis and her husband Wayne of Lake Havasu, Susan Vaillancourt of Tucson, AZ; brother, Luis Zolkiewitz and his wife Marcia of Poway, CA; one nephew, Mark Zolkiewitz and his wife Marilyn of Escondido, CA, one niece, Sheri Buggeln and her husband Kenny, two great nieces, Kayla and Carolyn, one great nephew, Casey, all of Ramona, CA and one grandchild Heather Francis of Otascocita, TX.A visitation will be held Monday, June 14, 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Funeral and graveside services to be held Wednesday, June 16, 12:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, CA.The family requests donations be made in her name to Cancer Association of Havasu, 2126 McCulloch Blvd., Ste. 3, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
