Obituary of Mary McKENNA

Mary Ellen Polson McKenna, 79 years old, left this beautiful world for a better one, July 7, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on September 6, 1924 in Taylor, ID; to Andrew Vernal Polson and Elma Fern Clark. Mary spent most of her life in Spokane, WA; and the last 15 years in Lake Havasu City, AZ.Mary's last job was driving a school bus for the Mead School District in Mead, WA; for 15 years, where the school children adored her. She loved everyone she met, making friends wherever she went.Mary is survived by her husband Raymond McKenna, son Terry Byrnes and daughter Carol Anderson both of Utah, daughter Connie Moss of Spokane, WA; and two step-sons Jack and Ken McKenna of the Seattle area; sisters Theda Hirschi and Greta Hirschi of Utah, Nina Green of Spokane, and Beverly Cox of ID; 24 grandchildren and 45 great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at 11:00 AM at the LDS Francis Chapel, 2112 W. Francis, Spokane, WA. Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
