He entered in to rest at the age of 41 on October 21, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.Skinner John had a passion for the river and will always be remembered for his winning smile.John is survived by his father and mother, James M. and Carol A. Lockhart; sisters, Debra Lynn Leitch and family and Antoinette Ely and family; brothers, Ricky James Lockhart and family and Rodney Martin Lockhart and family and mother, Marilyn Lynette Dacey.A private family service will be held in Parker, AZ.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
