Michael Scott Judge, 34, passed away Monday, October 25, 2004 in Lake Havasu City. He was born July 9, 1970, in Casper, Wyoming.Mike moved to Lake Havasu City with his family 9 years ago. He graduated from High School in Ketchikan, Alaska and attended DeVry University in Phoenix, Arizona. Mike worked for State Farm Insurance as a receptionist.Mike enjoyed collecting J.R. Spivey and Joe Montana memorabilia, umpiring Little League ball games and playing cards with his family. He loved watching movies and sporting events and cheering for the Arizona Diamondbacks. He was a regular at the Moose bingo hall where he went on most Friday nights with his family. Mike loved to laugh, tease and joke with his family and friends.Mike is survived by his mother Jackie Parrish and grandmother Billie Parrish of Lake Havasu City, his sister Kelly and her husband Darrel Koehn of Bellingham, Washington, his sister Kim Judge and her husband Tom Fowler of Ketchikan, Alaska and nephews Trevor, Cody, Tim and Andy Koehn of Bellingham, Washington. Mike's aunt and uncle, Pam and Dave Dearinger held a special place in Mike's heart.Other very special people who were significant in Mike's Lake Havasu life were his boss Alex Ross, Dr. Thomas Wrona and his nurse Angela and Dr. William Binder.A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, October 30, 2004 at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Diabetes Association Arizona Affiliate, in memory of Mike Judge, 2328 W. Royal Palm Rd. #D Phoenix, Arizona 85021Arrangements were entrusted to the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
